I went for the first time to Elite last week-- at their location near the Fayetteville public library on Center Street one shop north of Mountain. It was really good experience. Such great staff--no fake weird smile customer service mask to deal with-- just genuine down to earth people wanting to do a good job for you, and so easy to interact with I wanted to clone them and put them all over town!
