I took advantage of your email special for a discount to clean/launder a comforter. When I dropped off the item on Thursday afternoon, I figured it would take a week or so for you to process the order. The claim ticket the employee gave me said that my order would be ready on Tuesday, but I received a text on Monday that my order was ready for pick-up! I know it won't always be the case, depending on your workload, but it was nice surprise that my order was completed ahead of schedule. Thanks! -Liz Lisenbee
