It’s okay. Your billing seems to be weird. So I don’t use you as often as I would like. I won’t send my comforter in for the special because last time I did it got lost and I had to go in and locate it myself. We are are a pick up and drop off customer.

We do our best to keep everything as organized and as simple as possible. I do not know who helped you over the phone, but you should not have had to come down. We record the brand, style, and color of each item we clean. On occasion the tag will fall off, and we should be able to refer back to this information. I am sorry for your hassle. Thank you!

Pleasant intake and pick up. My pants appear to be cleaned and pressed. Nice to get a first use coupon, as I came to Elite from Four Seasons as Bill Harder retires.
