Love the text when laundry is ready
Overall I’m pleased with the services, but recently I have received shirts back missing buttons frequently and the process doesn’t appear to include checking shirts anymore. This used to never happen and it’s been frustrating.
Great service - quick and easy
The wonderful lady who helps me with my order is always pleasant and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that I don’t have to bring the clothes from my car up the stairs. I walk with a cane and it is difficult for me to carry the clothes up and down the stairs. Even when it is cold and snowing she still brings the clothes up to the store and warns me to be cautious when I follow her up the stairs. Also the laundry is always clean and pressed. Elite Cleaners is the best.
This place is great! I am working on a national tour and couldn't walk to a laundromat with all my laundry. I stumbled upon Elite and they were able to do my laundry and deliver it to my hotel in a few hours! Very sweet and efficient staff...thanks, Elite!
