THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I'm so glad I tried Elite after being dissatisfied with my dry cleaners for about a year. Elite was quick to respond to questions over email and get us on their pick-up schedule. I'm SUPER happy Elite uses the tiny barcode system instead of putting a million pin holes in my fine clothes. They also pressed a pair of my husband's pants just perfect after several issues with the prior cleaners. I also appreciated they use skirt hangers, again instead of pinning my nice skirts to blouse hangers.
This is my first time using Elite cleaners. Overall it was a great experience. It was a fair price, great customer service, and they quickly got the job done.

Quick, efficient and affordable
I love my shirts laundered medium starch and placed on a hanger-my husband on the other hand likes his shirts folded. As always, I separated and clearly marked FOLD and HANGER and as always, both shirts came back on hangers. You guys are nice, I appreciate the pick up and delivery but more attention needs to be paid to how things are done, especially when a customer goes out of their way to specify preferences.
