Except for the man putting 2 holes in the plastic bag before I left, it was fine. I do not know the significance of putting holes in the plastic bag but it did not harm anything - just thought it was not necessary. The last time I brought it in it was not cleaned at all but I did not bother to return it. I went to another place for while and they did a great job! Yesterday was our 1st experience with Elite-we regularly use a dry cleaners once a wk . I brought a blouse with a couple small stains that Ryan was able to totally remove, that a previous cleaner could not do. The staff including Ryan, were friendly and seemed to appreciate & encourage new business.
We just started your service but so far it has been so convenient!
