We recently switched due to dissatisfaction with previous cleaner. The customer service has been first rate and personal . Clothes appear to have been cleaned as per our specifications . Have appreciated being contacted by store owner. Happy we switched !

Outstanding quality and top notch service. I moved downtown and still use Eagle. They fixed a loose button without even being asked. The best cleaners in Rochester.
