Had to drop off laundry because items were not picked up after requested through app. However, no issues.

Best dry cleaners, by far. Nicest staff, (SANDY *****) in Rochester and beyond. Great delivery. always, polite, helpful pleasant. Best dry cleaning and laundry service !!!! Every aspect of this business is exceptional.
I did not actually come into the store, but signed up online and even talked to Mike the owner . . . which as a small business owner myself was a nice touch. First p/u and delivery went just fine, glad I made the switch!
