They picked up our clothes 4 days after they said they would, took an extra 2 days than they said they would to dry clean them, delivered half of the order to our lockers without a code to open the locker, then left the other half of the order at their shop to be picked up, and won’t pick up the phone even though they’re open and don’t close for another 15 minutes. Not the greatest experience.

The quality is generally good. But why the bait and switch? I didn’t use the 20% coupon when I dropped my clothing off and was then when I picked up my clothing I was told I could not use the discount coupon. Nonsense. You’ve lost a customer.

I reviewed the log and it does appear that the coupon was clicked digitally the day after drop off and it will not automatically apply to an order. As this system is new to our store the sales associate was only following protocol. I would be happy to refund the amount of the 20% coupon on Monday when we are back open. I hope this can make up for the inconvenience! A total of $6.78 will be refunded.
I just wanted my slack cuff hemmed and short pocket sewn and was charged $45! Who wants gym shorts dry cleaned anyhow and I was never quoted these fees. Also, when I arrived they had misracked my items and told me to come back. SMH
