The great thing about DG is that it is immediately clear that they know what they are doing. It's the little things. For example, sending a shirt back unclean because it was not in great condition (it accidentally got dropped in the pile), we asked them to clean couch pillow covers and they noticed tears and asked if they should repair before cleaning (it would hold up better if mended before cleaning) and they declined to clean an old rug that would likely not survive the process- and then tossed it for us. Please change the font on iphone ap from black, which is not very easy to read on a purple background, to one that might offer more contrast, i.e. white might show up better on purple background. I showed up at 6:50 pm thinking they closed at 7:00 pm. The doors were locked because they closed at 6:00 pm! As I was walking away, the owner unlocked the doors and let me in to get my dry cleaning. What a great guy! He didn’t have to do that, but I was so thankful because he saved me a trip back. He was so nice and even gave me some Girl Scout Cookies. I left there feeling so happy. What a great experience. I will always go back there for all my dry cleaning needs.
