Their father had managed the business and its thirty locations up until six years ago, before he decided to retire and pass the family business down for the brothers to take over. Clothes cleaned was good. Older Lady there seemed grouchy upon pick up. Young lady upon delivery was more upbeat. I know this is not Nordstrom but at least for the older lady she can smile more. She never smiled the short time I was there. Maybe she is unhappy about working there?
Everything was cleaned and pressed exceptionally. The staff is very friendly and very professional.
