Sylvia, at the Morse Rd location, is always cheerful and helpful. Our laundry is always cleaned well and ready on time.
Customer service is really good. Even when I have had problem, they go out of their way to correct it. The combination of quality dry cleaning and great customer service is very attractive. I would recommend The Dublin - New Albany Cleaners to everyone!
Several years ago, I tried the Dublin Cleaners on Muirfield Drive and I was hooked. Ruth and the entire team at this location makes it easy and fun to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning. They are always cheerful and half the time they are already gathering my items before I even walk in the door - excellent customer service and great cleaning too.
We just moved into a new neighborhood and immediately signed up since we used dublin cleaners at our old house. Out new delivery person Lonnie Jones was very helpful and had some great suggestions for us. We have been with Dublin Cleaners a few years now with great service.
Fast, friendly, and reliable service. Travis does an excellent job as well as the other staff members there.
Excellent job on shirts. Sylvia knows me by name when I come in. I use New Albsny store. Miss the drive through window.
Dublin cleaners is the best but my delivery driver Travis makes it special. He always looks to see if there is anything hanging on the porch waiting for him to pick up. After my surgery I thought I would have to call and restart my service, but Travis had been watching. Everything is always picked up and delivered when expected and cleaned pressed and covered against the weather. You can't be the service (especially with Travis).
Dublin Cleaners is a wonderful company. That is not to say that "everything is perfect"; but if there is a problem, they jump on it right away. I give them 4 out of 5 stars for the dry cleaning. I give my route driver, Travis, 5 stars. He is very courteous and always has reached out to me if he has a problem or question. He has also made himself available if I have a problem or question as well. Overall a 5-star experience in my dealings with Dublin Cleaners.
