Excellent job done in a timely and professional manner, as always.
The young lady who assisted me was very helpful as she always is. I mistakenly came early to pick up my garments. Even though I was early she remembered my name and remembered seeing my garment. She got it for me and I did not have to make a second trip. I really appreciate the way she took care of me. Thank you.

Funny you should ask. I've been very happy with your service until this past week when it smelled like cigarette smoke in the store. I asked the associate about it and she said she was smoking outside. Sorry, I didn't get a name. Fortunately, it did not get in my clothing. I will continue to use your services, but if it happens again I will not be back. I am very allergic to smoke. Thanks for your time.

I bought my wedding dress at Wendy's bridal as is. They referred me to Dublin cleaners. I took my dress in not expecting much. They told me it would be 3wks before I got it back. 5 days later I received an email saying it was done. My first reaction was oh no they couldn't get it cleaned. Imagine my surprise when I unzipped the bag and my dress looked brand new. They did such an amazing job. Great service and great prices. I recommend them to anyone.
I recently had my comforter cleaned. The cleaning itself appears to be fine. I wish the front desk employee would have/could have accepted my $5 off coupon from my email. My husband told her about it when he dropped it off, but I could not access it on my phone when I picked up the comforter. She said she did not have the code, so could not honor the coupon. The coupon was the reason I went to Dublin Cleaners, so I was disappointed. However, she did take the comforter to my car for me, which was nice.
