The suit that I dropped off was very clean. The prices were great seeing that I needed same day service. The lady that helped me was very pleasant. I will be going back to them for all my dry cleaning needs.
Dropped off my wedding gown to be pressed before the wedding. Turned out beautifully and the customer service was wonderful. I'm planning on using Dublin Cleaners for our routine dry cleaning now, too.
I dropped my wedding dress off at the Linworth location with Tammy. She was very nice and helpful. I had a follow up call in the next few days regarding fixing a missing rhinestone on the belt (that I honestly hadn't even noticed). My dress was cleaned in a timely manner. My lace dress was pretty soiled at the hem and although I waited a year after my wedding to have it cleaned (which I don't recommend!), they did a great job to get most of the stains out! The service has been very satisfactory. Everybody is pleasant and accommodating that works there. There have been no issues with damaged clothing. I receive timely service and have no complaints.
I'm a regular customer at the Rt. 161 store. Tammy's always been awesome in terms of bending over backwards to make sure everything's done right with my order -- and she's always very friendly, too. I typically see Sue when I stop by to collect my order at the end of the week. She's always very friendly, efficient, and competent, too. Your staff at this store does a great job! That's why I've been coming back for years.
They are always kind and get clothes cleaned. Never had an issue with picking up my clothes a little late. They are always accommodating. Wish they were a little more personable though. As many times as I come in there they still don't know my name.
My experience with Dublin Cleaners was great. The clothes looked good and Tammy was very friendly. I have always had good service and when something didn't look clean, they were quick to redo it.
