Too many laundered shirts came back missing buttons. I shouldn't be the one to bring it to your attention and return the shirt for repair. Shirts should be adequately inspected before return. I have since found another cleaners who have done an excellent job of cleaning my shirts with no broken or missing buttons at a cheaper price.

Leslie, I am sorry this was your experience. This is something we are most often complimented on and we are very disapointed to see it was not the case with your shirts.
Overall the cleaning service was just fine. A large bedspread was cleaned and finished on time. The reason for the three star rating is because when we went to pick up the item, we were told that cash was not an acceptable form of payment in the store. Are you aware it is not legal to deny cash as a method of payment as it is a legal tender? For this reason I will not be returning.

Every time I use Dublin Cleaners for Dry Cleaning I am quoted one price when I drop the items off and a completely ( Always higher) different price when I pick up. No matter how many times I showed your Powell counter rep the price difference between what she quoted me for the 3 items and what I was being charged location she wasn’t accountable, I had to wait 20 minutes while she contacted a Manager on the phone.

Circumstances don't seem to be the same on any visit. This was a long tunic top and I feel almost $11 was too expensive. I have always been pleased with your service, but due to circumstances, I can’t afford such high prices!

always great service... and long time customer... will say was very first time ever I had a black wool car coat cleaned and when I got home was disappointed it still had a LOT of dog hair and fuzz/lint stuck all over it... but took a lint roller and cleaned right up !! Not a big deal but not typical of you! Thanks! Lee
