I’ve been a 30+ year customer of Dublin cleaners and have always felt your quality is the best! Just thinking that your price has increased dramatically as compared to your competition!!! My most recent order was $32 for 1 shirt, 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of pants! That seems outrageous!!! Also not a fan of your cashless policy and shortened hours! These changes have to be affecting your bottom line and a number of my friends have switched to other dry cleaning options!
Great service, my items were completed quickly and pick was a breeze
So expensive, and not communicating at the drop off about the price
I brought a area rug in to be cleaned. It came back looking clean but smelled. I paid almost $300. They agreed to pick it up at no charge and try again. It still smells. I would have appreciated at the beginning to be told we are not able to clean this or to get my money back when unable to fulfill the service.
We had 9 curtains cleaned. Most were clean and neat but 3 that had a plastic back and they were melted together, when we separated them to hang the backs tore so now they look terrible because light shows through everywhere it tore. This is the reason I will not be bringing any more of my items to Dublin Cleans. I paid to have curtains cleaned that I now need to replace so between the cleaning and replacement it will have cost my well over $100.
