When I dropped off my clothes I was advised that I would be texted with the price and day of pick -up. I had to call for the pick up day and price. I was advised at that time, that there were spots on my skirt and a delay. When I arrived to pick - up my clothing (all linen) the skirt was not ironed very professionally. I mentioned this to the employee, and she suggested I leave it for an additional day and come back, or maybe the person in the back "might" have time to press over it then. Dry cleaning dropped off and completed on time.
Hi. Got a sweater back where there was a stain front and center. It might be an imperfection in the knit. You might consider letting me know that. Also, I inquired about washing a fiberfill comforter in your large capacity washer. I was told it would be $41. I clarified that it was down and did not need dry cleaning. She repeated it would be bc $41. I could have misunderstood, but if not, that’s a bit steep for a wash-dry-fold of one item. I took it to a laundromat instead. Just letting you know.

Hi Nikki, I'm sorry about the sweater. My presser should have sent it back when she finished it. I will speak to her about that. I will be happy to do it over, or give you a credit. As far as the comforter, that is our price. All household is done on a per piece price. We prespot, wash, dry, and in most cases steam finish the household item. Dropped off items on Thursday was told they would be ready by Saturday, attempted to pick up on Sat but was told they would not be ready til Monday.
Removed oil stain from silk perfectly, no damage!

Repaired crotch blow out on raw denim and did fine job.
I love these folks so much! So professional and helpful, and they just do “all the extra” to make their customers happy. They are masters at customer service, and I will never use anyone else for alterations!!!
