Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Brought in a suit jacket with a problem vent. Despite their best efforts and time spent, they were unable to correct the issue. I asked how much for their time and was told "no charge." That's great customer relations. I will be back for future needs and will recommend "A Better Fit."

You do a great job of pickup and delivering beautifully cleaned clothes. In the 6 months I’ve been using Drake, there are no problems or hiccups!
Alterations were perfect and everyone was so nice and helpful. I am impressed with the automation at pickup.
The after hours pick up is so easy and convenient. You scan at the door go to the kiosk and pick up your order. Felt safe and secure, quick and easy.
