Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Love the service, however I don’t like those big metal hangers. I prefer the smaller ones Drake cleaners use to provide for shirts.

Very fast, follow instructions. I don’t love the automatic kiosks, but I understand they are probably more cost-effective, and they certainly work well. I do appreciate that someone always speaks to me when I come in. Once when our clothes were filed under the wrong account, the staff did everything they could to find the clothing quickly and contact us directly and not charge us. Very conscientious folks and a good neighborhood business to support!
