Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Chose you because I needed something hand washed. Not many cleaners do that. Great experience from the first phone call. Employees were pleasant and efficient. My dress was ready when promised. Highly satisfied!

Customer service and end product was great. Order wasn’t right. I faked got heavy starch snd got medium. What I got however was great
had MOB and bridal gowns dry cleaned, the cleaning itself appears to be fine. only thing i did not like was that the Bridal gown was not covered with a dry cleaning bag; it was put back into the dress bag provided by the dress-manufacturer, but the bag was not checked for dust/dirt in the bottom of the bag. there wasn't a lot of dirt/sparkles/stuff in the bag, but there was some, and it just seemed inappropriate to clean a wedding gown and put it into a bag that was not quality-checked for cleanliness (the bag was used to... read more
Y’all do a great job and everyone is friendly!
I had two favorite work shirts with identical holes worn in the breast pockets. I took them to Drake Cleaners hoping they could patch the holes. I picked them up a week later, as promised. They actually texted me that they were ready a day early. Now they are as good as new!
