Francisco, the store manager, is always, fast, courteous, welcoming, smiling under stress, accommodating, and professional. He is always well dressed and customer focused. He knows his regulars and builds their trust and loyalty. I din’t Live anywhere in the area and drive all the way thru DOT Ave traffic to get my clothes cleaned and washed there. Our pick up and delivery associate associate, James, has been wonderful. He is always so helpful and does his very best to accommodate any special requests. We are lucky to have him!
My repair was excellent and was done on time. My cleaning was also well done.
Experience was good. Clothes came out nicely pressed and cleaned but my dresses cost $18 each to dry clean. Other than that, I always have good service when I come there.
