I liked it was good
I have been using this dry cleaners for many years because of Francisco and his team! They are always super friendly and professional . All items are delivered back to me with expert care ! I am in the process of moving across the city and one of the things I will miss the most is this team . Thank you Joan
Very fast efficient cleaning service. They also ask if you would like to inspect your clothing before you leave the premise. Always a friendly face to greet you! I also use their self serve laundromat services and they have the best customer service around. I haven’t dropped off laundry yet but I’m sure I will be using that service, as well in the future!
Rich was great and clothing was perfect
From the manager all the way down to the employees is just a smooth drop off and pick up. The staff in particular Denise who is just fabulous!!!!!! I typically work far away and at times drop off and pickups run way past business hours and the staff typically makes sure that I can pick my dry cleaning after hours. This is a reflection of how seamless and how smoothly Francisco who’s the store manager runs this facility Bravo!!!! On a good job well down by this team

Overall, pleased. Shirts are cleaned and pressed. Not happy about additional charge for heavy starch. My old cleaners NEVER charged for that. You’re a bit more convenient and is the reason why I’m using Dependable. Two other things that should be brought to your attention is returns for missing stains and, a serious issue, pressing of pant seams.
