We've been using Dependable's home delivery for many years. Jay has been 'dependable' professional, friendly and very accommodating throughout the years. The very few issues we have had, have been solved immediately by him with no problem. Home pickup and delivery has been very convenient and very easy for our family.
Jay makes it so easy to get our clothes cleaned. He is always on schedule and makes sure any clothes he drops off are safe from the elements!
Very reliable service. Couldn't be happier with the home pickup and delivery. We still get an occasional missing or cracked button on the shirts but otherwise pretty good job on the cleaning
My order had a minor issue, which the manager resolved very quickly and right on the spot (no pun intended). Kerri is extremely nice and very efficient - a great person to deal with.
Great service at Hingham branch
I find the staff at the Hingham Centre location very friendly and helpful :-) I feel like a valued customer.
The quality was great. It was ready on time. The only issue was that a sweater was coded as a coat and the rate was about double what it should have been. I caught the issue and the rate was changed.
The service is always friendly and fast. The clothes are done quickly and done right...The manager Kerri does a great job !!!
