I requested a special favor of the young man who waited on me in the morning. He was not to happy about accommodating my pressing need. I wish he had an attitude that said to me "I will happily put myself out for you." On pick up I had some questions about the correct application of discounts and coupon since my bag with slips was no where to be found. I brought my daughters long, down coat in to have the zipper replaced and the coat cleaned. Great customer service (Amy) and the coat was ready as promised.
The coat was returned to like "new." Repairs were done Very promptly and professionally. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cheryl Arbeene
