Proactive cleaners. Thorough.
Staff as usual was prompt, attentive and addressed me by name. The Cleaning was done correctly.
Moving forward it would be a good suggestion for VIP Members to always receive the $.40 discount on shirts on Tues,Wed,Thurs, regardless of attaching the coupon. This would be a good time saver for VIP members. The other option is that VIP members always receive the discount regardless of the day for dropping dry cleaning. Thank you. Jim

Customer service is A++. I'm always greeted with a smile, and staff very quickly learned my name even though I'm only in once a week.
I am very pleased with Dependable Cleaners. I like the fact that I can drop off an order at any time of day or night; pick up an order on Sunday; and that you have standard same-day service. I also find it very helpful that you have a tailor on site. Your staff is friendly and does their job well.
Very professional, and did not have to wait for my drop off. Keep up the good work. Also I do recommend if anyone ask.
Professional service is the norm at Dependable. Staff is always friendly and make sure I know if there are coupons available. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
As usual D.C. Dorchester always finds a way to exceed my expectations with their fast and friendly service. my last visit there I was greeted by Ashley, with a smile and "good morning Mr. Drumm" that initial interaction was pleasant witch made me forget for a moment the challenging day at work I knew I had ahead of me. I shared my interaction with my staff on how simple it could be to make someone's day a bit better.
