The attendants are always very courteous and our clothes always look great. In the rare instance when we were not happy with the service, Dependable always fixed the error.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Clothing is always cleaned well and quickly.
The CSR was very welcoming and used my name when greeting me. She asked if I had any special instructions and said the order will be ready next day. She treated me like a special customer and wished me a good day.
A long time customer who has enjoyed working with people on Adams Street. I did have a problem recently four of my wife's tops had a Very strong smell of chemicals. I brought them back today and girl said she would speak to her Manager so I will wait to hear from Adams street. Great company and thank you
