I apologize for not knowing everyone's name, but that is truly secondary because no matter who it is, be it receiving or retrieving my cleaning the associate is always pleasant and helpful. It means something when someone wishes you to have a nice day and you feel that they sincerely mean it. Always a pleasure.

Your workers are friendly and knowledgeable and quick to help. I will be picking up my first time cleaning with 2 coats soon, so I can't comment on the quality of the cleaning yet. I'm believing it will be good.
