Great people great work
Love the ladies that have run this location for many years. Will get their names on my next visit so they can be acknowledged accordingly.
I always receive friendly, professional service at the Hanover location. The items I have cleaned are done well and I am always asked if I would like to inspect my items when I pick up. I have been a customer for many years and will continue. I also recommend to family and friends.
The staff at Dependable Cleaners in Quincy, Massachusetts are very professional, always polite and go above and beyond their duties. My clothes are always ready before the times they quoted and I have never experienced any problems. And when my husband was on crunches, there was always someone who noticed him getting out of his car and would rush outside to assist him. He never had to go inside and for these reasons, we can always depend on Dependable Cleaners.
Delivery service is outstanding but at times the dress shirts come back to me with collars that are not fully pressed and it forces me to have to iron freshly laundered shirts. Not ideal to say the least.
