I was greeted by a very nice young man when I went in to pick up 3 items. He brought out only 2 and asked if I had a minute so he could look for the 3rd. He found the item very quickly & I was pleased with my experience because of his courtesy and friendliness
Jay has been our Dependable person for years. He is a great communicator and lets us know if anything deviates from what we are expecting which is rare. He is absolutely awesome. .

I had 5 items dry cleaned. Really quick service—within a day, although it could’ve possibly been same-day if I dropped off my order earlier. I also like that they do text and email alerts instead of phone calls to let you know your order is ready. I’m definitely coming back!

I use the home delivery service and could not have better things to say about Dependable Cleaners and the delivery manager, Edmilson. I’ve used a lot of dry cleaners over the years and they have the best customer, by far!!! One of the buttons on an expensive sweater must have fallen off during cleaning and they worked with me to replace the sweater after they tried very hard to locate a replacement button through the designer but couldn’t.
