I had 5 items dry cleaned. Really quick service—within a day, although it could’ve possibly been same-day if I dropped off my order earlier. I also like that they do text and email alerts instead of phone calls to let you know your order is ready. I’m definitely coming back!

I use the home delivery service and could not have better things to say about Dependable Cleaners and the delivery manager, Edmilson. I’ve used a lot of dry cleaners over the years and they have the best customer, by far!!! One of the buttons on an expensive sweater must have fallen off during cleaning and they worked with me to replace the sweater after they tried very hard to locate a replacement button through the designer but couldn’t. I've been a customer of DC26 in Galen St, Watertown for many years. Leo is the most helpful, mindful and thoughtful laundry driver ever!, he always double checks with me about pick ups and goes above and beyond to help me out. Everyone, at the store including Cheyvonee and the rest of her staff are great at what they do and they always want to help no matter what the issue is.
