I find Dependables a little baffling. I prefer to have my blankets, comforter and mattress pad laundered at my local store. The rules change constantly regarding mattress pads. I understand. The people I gave my order to was not the same person that I picked my items up from. I gave full permission to have the mattress pad laundered at their location (not sent out) and agreed to whatever might happen to it. The intake people were wonderful. I love the employees at your hanover location!! You do a great job with who you hire! I went to pick up my garments the other day (forgetting the new hours due to COVID ) and the store wasn't opened yet but your employee named Eileen was there and she got my order right away !! Always with a warm welcoming smile! Making me feel like I was her friend not just a customer! Thank you hanover dependable cleaners!!

I’ve always loved Dependable Cleaners. They take great care of the items I drop off and I love that they notify me when my order is set to pick up. Definitely will continue to use them for my dry cleaning needs.
