Staff weren’t sure my tote bag could be cleaned but said they would try. Sent it out and came back nice and clean! Had to call to check in on the status of my bag after 2 weeks but everyone was helpful and nice!

Great cleaners, always great service. Lidia is the best, she always greets you with a smile and calls you by name (very impressive due to volume of people). Always get the best, most personable service.
I had a shirt that was fabric/cotton and partially leather/pleather. The leather had stained the fabric. The tag said dry clean but it didn’t turn out well. I was so glad they called and explained everything to me. Very professional. I was prepared for the outcome.
The employees were very helpful: like helping me put the dry cleaned clothing into bags that I brought.
I thought it was a bit expensive for what I brought it, but other than that, it was fine.
