Service was excellent. Staff was super friendly. It only took one week for me to have my Canada Goose dry cleaned, zipper was repaired, and the Velcro fasteners replaced. I will definitely return for any other dry cleaning or tailoring needs I have in the future
My winter maxi coat looks incredible - better than the day I bought it! I am also very impressed with your customer service. I got a call telling me that if I waited a few days to have my cleaned coat delivered, I could get a 40 percent discount due to a special! That saved me $12.00! All in all, a great experience.
Jamie was really friendly and knowledgeable. She let me know when my order would be ready. Also, that I accrue points weather I use pick-up or if I drop off my clothes. It went very smoothly.
It's great work always. Convenient to use 24 hours, now that's it's all machine operated... At the same time, I miss human interaction. I like interacting with people.
