Pick ups and deliveries by Jake are made promptly and pleasantly when I see him.
My dress was ready sooner than expected. Dropped it off Monday evening and picked it up Wednesday after 5pm. Unexpected as Friday was the ideal pick up date. Overall, extremely satisfied.
