Good, however, frustrating. I dropped off jeans to be fixed (only b/c the woman I usually go to is on vacation so figured I'd try some place new) and was happy with the job, but not the service. The girls working could not give me a price when I dropped off my jeans and still didn't have a price when I picked up the item. I left a 2nd item which also could not be given a price for but given the time I needed it done, I just left it. I felt the girls working there were somewhat rude.

I used the wedding gown preservation service and got the dress back this week! Dropping the dress off was an experience as the poor worker did not know all the details and how to enter everything in the computer. Had to make a few calls. Would suggest some more training for all employees on this portion of your services. The dress was ready timely as they promised and in a beautiful window box as promised. Very satisfied!
