We have been using Dependable for some time now and have always had a great experience with them. When we moved to Hanover we we're excited that they offered pick up and delivery service, it makes things so much easier on us. We would definitely recommend Dependable!

At the Winter Street site I always received a text at (781) 724-6849 along with the email.
I went there on a Monday afternoon requesting alterations (military stripes) to be completed by Thursday. They were very nice and had it done by Wednesday.
Good, however, frustrating. I dropped off jeans to be fixed (only b/c the woman I usually go to is on vacation so figured I'd try some place new) and was happy with the job, but not the service. The girls working could not give me a price when I dropped off my jeans and still didn't have a price when I picked up the item. I left a 2nd item which also could not be given a price for but given the time I needed it done, I just left it. I felt the girls working there were somewhat rude.
Great service, polite, friendly employees.
Very happy. Workers were helpful. Very satisfied.
