One wool dress pant that was dropped for dry cleaning was delivered torn.
Customer experience is good. The staff is very nice. However the cost for cleaning items is very expensive. And I found out I’ve been charged incorrectly. Every time I take my item to get cleaned it’s always the same. But this time it was twice as much because of the kind of fill it had. But I was charged for the incorrect filling. The sheets and pillow cases were alright aside from having to take a safety pin out of each one... But I got a Tommy Bahama comforter asking specifically to be washed only and it's kind of lumpy now...
not good, was hesitant about going back after they have lost several items of ours but they have been generous in regards to reimbursing us for them. However this was the first time I got a terrible dry cleaning experience. Bought in white pants with a chocolate stain when I called Nicole said the stain wouldn't budge when she pretreated it yet she still dry cleaned it, why?! Aside from the great dry cleaning, the store was closed when i arrived. The clerk opened the door and retrieved my dry cleaned items. What fabulous customer service!
I have lived in Braintree for 10 years used you as my exclusive dry cleaning. Recently, my orderson have not been as well done as in years past. My last order of 6 shirts where I was charged about 7 dollars per shirt looked as if they were still wrinkled and just worn. I sent one back because it looked like my worn shirt was just hung. Only to return with my other shirts home..because I needed them for work and found the collars turn up funny on one and the shirt till had wrinkled from where I tucked them into my slacks. When I drop off clothes, slip showed no prices, gentleman that took my clothes all he kept saying when I asked if they could be ready around 4pm, ready after 5, also asked what the amount would be and he handed me a price list for me to figure out. Not friendly, no customer service. Not sure who took over that store , but I will never go back there unless there is a valuable couple to make it worth my while.
