I had a suit, blazer and two dress shirts dry cleaned. However both dress shirts came back wrinkled and not in good shape and ready to wear. I'm very disappointed how the shirts look.
they gave me my jacket dirtier than when i brought it in and then acted like it wasn’t a big deal
Brought in a king comforter and king throw blanket both brand new. One week later got both of them back with pilling and pulls in the material which I was not expecting at all. Not sure if the washers have other items in them or not but I will not be going back. For clothes might be okay. But for comforters and larger blankets it was a waste of my time and money.

I asked for zipper replacement, only slide was replaced. I specifically daub I did not want it dry cleaned but it was done . I thought 28.86 was a bit high. And I never received a receipt.
I received a 25% off dry cleaning coupon by mail from you. It expired on Dec 31 2019. I brought in a child’s small comforter (less than twin size!) on Dec 29th and showed the staff the coupon on my phone. I picked the comforter up yesterday (Jan 8) and was denied the offer. I paid almost $27 for the cleaning even though I showed the staff my coupon again. They said they wd take care of it and then charged me full price. I just moved to the area and received your 50% discount coupon. When I dropped off my clothes and told the girl about the discount and handed her the coupon. But when I picked up she didn’t apply the discount instead I’m being charged the full price. I asked her and she keep telling me I’m all set and everything is taking care off. This is not a good way to welcome new resident to your area if you do this.
It would be very kind of you to accept expired coupons given the expense of dry cleaning. It cost me 16$ + to dry clean two pairs of pants and I was hoping to use my 25% off coupon but it was rejected. Please consider being a better neighborhood business. Or at least offer discounts if for example you can wait 1 week for your clothes to be ready. Maybe charge your current prices for those who need expedited service.
