I was pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. My only issue is when I presented my coupon I did not receive a receipt indicating the cost of the dry cleaning. I didn't know the cost until I returned to pick up my items.
I haven't been in to the store in awhile, but the service hasn't changed at all! It was great to meet the new store manager, and Nicole made the experience enjoyable as always with her personality and knowledge. Keep up the good work!
The people working the counter at the Braintree store are always so pleasant and attentive. They often have my clothes ready to go on the rack even before I enter the store! Whenever I find a spot that was missed(which rarely happens) they take it back with apologies and turn the item around very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with this store.
We are very pleased with the quick turn around time and cleaning service. Everyone is so nice as well. No complaints. Such a nice change from our previous cleaners where turn around time was 3 days and crushed buttons were the norm.

It was an excellent experience. I dropped off a suit to be dry-cleaned and tailored slightly, and they had a question about the tailoring. I received a call the day after I dropped the suit off and they made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted before commencing any work. Then, the altered garments were ready right on time.
