The team in your Washington Street location is amazing! Always so friendly and remembers me each time I am there (some even remember my account number before I have to tell them!). Always the BEST customer service!
Quick, easy, and affordable. Only thing was they weren't able to find my account from a different Dependable Cleaners, which took a little extra time, but is certainly noone's fault.

The staff at the Braintree location is always professional, friendly, and attentive; but this time reflected a new tendency that is very impressive. There are one or two members of the staff that will recognize me before I come in the door and will already be retrieving my order before I even have to ask. This confirms in my mind that I am more than a mere customer.,..I am a person. This visit was one of those experiences. I value the personal attention and friendly staff.
