First time customer, and the clerk at the front couldn’t have been any more welcoming and accommodating of my needs. I needed same day Military presses made on 3 uniforms and Dependable took care of me. Based on a first time experience, I will definitely be back.
Had a zipper replaced. The service was completed sooner than expected. Excellent quality! I’m very pleased.

I am always pleased w my orders Dependsble does a great job. I am recovering fr surgery & when I went to pick up my order Recentlr i could not carry it to my car & the person behind the counter went out of her way to bring my order to my car, u don’t run into that type of customer service much in today’s world!
