Marlene Pierre was fantastic — she was the woman who placed my order for a bridal gown and veil cleaning and preservation. I was pleased with the final cleaning product but what I am confused about is the pricing. I had 2 sweaters cleaned with a 20% coupon used when I dropped off. I went to dependables website and could not find a list of costs per item. The pricing seemed high to me, not sure 20% was applied but have no way to check, frustrating.
Work done expertly and quickly.
Everything was quick - easy in and out and service is always friendly.
Great customer service, 24 hour drop off is extremely convenient, and my suit looked 10x better than when I dropped it off!
