My usual Friday pickup was missed last week, and I found the bag still at my front door when I returned home from work about 6. I called in to the Milton location, and Rachid offered to come to the house to pick up the bag. I was pretty impressed for that time of day. My clean clothes were returned on schedule on Tuesday. Service above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks.
Customer service very friendly
I dropped off a work vest to get the zippers ( 2) repaired on it and was quoted a price of $ 15.00 per zipper and thought was a good fair price so when it came time to pick the item up the cashier said the price would be $86.00 I was shocked & I told the lady I was told it would be $30.00 15. per zipper , she didn't change the price and did not seem to get a manager or supervisor so I told her to keep the item & left the store very disappointed , and now they are still sending me reminders that it is... read more
