I've said this before and will say again, Gregg always greets me by name with a smile and hello. Though, he did not handle my recent experience, he was present and still said hi. His constant friendly demeanor reflects on the exceptional customer service he provides and why I return.
The clothes always come back cleaned and in good shape, but the pricing is always a mystery. Your rates arent posted anywhere. Sometimes i bring a shirt for washing and i get charged 3$ other times 5$ sometime 10$. I cant tell why. Could be the way each shirt is washed, but there is no way for me to know whats going on. Applying coupons is difficult, and there is never a way to confirm it was processed because discounts arent reflected on receipts.
Very professional. Everything I asked to be cleaned was cleaned and completed to my satisfaction.

Great service. Great employees. Great work. Dropped off my cleaning on a Sunday, for Monday pick up. Expected it ready on Tuesday night. Was shocked and extremely excited it was ready Monday afternoon. Needed it for Tuesday AM. THAN YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
Everything was ready on the day they said it would be from getting winter coats cleaned and having a sport jacket hemmed. Great! Highly recommended...
