I was very happy with service.
I find Dependables a little baffling. I prefer to have my blankets, comforter and mattress pad laundered at my local store. The rules change constantly regarding mattress pads. I understand. The people I gave my order to was not the same person that I picked my items up from. I gave full permission to have the mattress pad laundered at their location (not sent out) and agreed to whatever might happen to it. The intake people were wonderful.
