I sent clothes to be laundered for the first time. Thank came back on time looking and smelling wonderfully clean And were folded beautifully!
I had alot of clothes that had water damage and they did the best they could to take care of them, unfortunately not all could be saved

Staff weren’t sure my tote bag could be cleaned but said they would try. Sent it out and came back nice and clean! Had to call to check in on the status of my bag after 2 weeks but everyone was helpful and nice!
