Left 2 blankets fir dry clean and it took a month to pick them up but told the front desk I was going out if Yuen for that long. One of them didn’t get clean bcause they were afraid to clean it but the problem was that in that long time I didn’t get a call at all to let me know or to ask me a question. The bother one they cleaned it knowing that it had a stain and they couldn’t clean that and also not call to let me know. Unfriendly staff, I was told they did the best they could to remove stains off my coat, stains that were not on there when I brought it in, and this was mentioned before I inspected the coat, which further confirms the job was lousy!
I have been very pleased with your dry cleaners for the past couple years. This time I carefully marked the spots for cleaning needed on my white pants. They were returned in almost the same condition as when I left them! In the same order, on a blouse, the collar was carelessly pressed and I’m concerned that the wrinkles that were pressed in near the tip of the collar will be permanent. I sent them back for a redo and they turned out marvelous!
Culpepper on Broadway location regularly puts my sweaters on hangers and ruined last 2. I have repeatedly asked them to fold and it is written on my info..
Did NOT realize the prices were so expensive
Been using off and on since the 1980’s. My husband always wanted his suits to be cleaned and pressed at Culpeppers. I will make the miles because I know whatever I take will be done correct. Thames you for your service.
