My experience with Culpepper Cleaners has been spectacular. No other cleaners has laundered my shirts in the outstanding manner that you have. My collars and cuffs are always clean. Kudos to the staff!

Consistent quality and smiles
This is the most singularly evil business I've ever encountered in the entire world. They pretend to be family owned and honorable. They charge exorbitant prices. Turns out it's just an act, they don't know how to work with high end clothing and when they destroy your Bespoke Tom Ford suit worth $10,000, they ship it out to some shithole company in Florida to write fake reports about how they did nothing wrong. Culpepper took perfect care cleaning my silk tablecloth
It was not good. I was to pick up a certain day, I went at 5 that day, the receipt specified 5:30. So I went back the next day and they still weren't there. The lady was very apologetic but I don't know what happened. 6 days later I got a notice that they were ready
Culpepper Cleaners left my valuable clothes DAMAGED with safety pins pierced through multiple layers of fabrics! BEWARE, Culpepper is EXTREMELY CARELESS! I’ve used Culpepper Cleaners once or twice per week for years. These pictures are a $2800 designer runway jacket with a polyamide fabric. I paid extra for a “Custom” clean. In my instructions, I specifically asked Culpepper to refrain from using any safety pins to pierce the fabric. I watched the worker write down “no pins” in the instructions.
