Service at the counter is great! Most of the time, Cudneys is able to get out the stain. The dry cleaning is always ready on time. Highly recommended!

The very first day I dropped my wedding dress off, the customer service at the counter was sub par. Maybe she was having a bad day. The lady in the office returning my phone call was excellent. She made me feel reassured. When I went to pick my gown up the same counter girl was there and she seemed better that day. Super helpful and smiled. Everyone has bad days, but my first impression was not a good one and it made me feel uneasy.
As always ( previously used your services under my wife's name ), a good experience front desk-wise. However, your business is becoming somewhat unaffordable to Seniors in particular. It's difficult to justify spending almost $10 every time a pair of casual slacks that originally were under $20 need to be cleaned. It starts to force people to wash clothes instead of take the dry cleaning option, even though it doesn't quite look as good, continue to fit as good and probably doesn't last as long.
