Greetings, I'm including the Google Review I posted about my experience: I rarely write reviews, but since I relied on what others had written in my decision to go to Crown, I figured I should submit my own since my experience does not seem to reflect what everyone else has posted. Brought in 3 items on Wednesday. .." said no rush"... ticketed for following Tuesday. Showed up following Wednesday at noon= "not ready".said was because white shirt was dirty. ..which I had pointed out when I dropped off. Said I would return in 3 hours. ...which I did. Was charged $28 for 3 items and when I questioned amt, was told there was an up charge for beading on pants..which I was not aware of. Clothes came out great but customer experience inside dropping off was unprofessional. One person was eating donuts while helping someone and then started swearing when they left, apparently miscounted their items. The person waiting on me had little eye contact and an annoyed attitude, especially when I asked about pull up/drive through service as if I was an idiot for not knowing about it. First time here. Arrived to pick up my dry cleaning and discovered the tie had not been dry cleaned. Was told it was "damaged," which we have never heard before. Was not called, emailed, or notified in any way that the tie would not be able to be dry cleaned. Therefore, my husband did not have it for his job interview the next business day. Very upset we were not notified. We should have been contacted.
Very disappointed in the overall cleaning. Shirts and trousers were wrinkled. I have never paid so much to have a shirt cleaned. we will not be back
I requested tags be removed from the 2 new suit’s however, they were not.

moved from Prestige, and the staff upon entering wasn't friendly or engaging. I was told that I would be emailed the price and total for the cleaning when complete. The email was never sent. Upon returning, staff was again not warm or friendly. Multiple people were randomly talking about events etc, but again not engaging. Loved the idea of "green" cleaner, but for the price and lack of friendliness, will not return.
It was our first experience using Crown Cleaners because we are new to the Knoxville area. We brought in King sized comforter on a Thursday afternoon and asked to pay the rush charge so that we could have it for the following Thursday (we had company coming into town). We were told there was no need to pay the rush, that it would be completed over the weekend. We never heard anything, so we called the following Thursday around 4:30 (our “need to have it by” date).
